Do you need real drum tracks for your project?
I can record them here without you having to hire an expensive studio, and transmit them to you in any format you desire (.wav, .aif, .sd2, etc.) using the magic of the internet. Hard copies can be mailed using the "magic" of the US postal service (or any other carrier you desire).

Metric Halo 2882 converters (x2) for a total of 16 tracks at once.
Preamps: Sytek MPX-4A (2 with Burr-Brown op-amps), 16 Metric Halo pres, FMR Audio RNP (2 channels).
Microphones: From companies such as: AKG, Oktava, Shure, RED, Naiant, Audix,
Drummer/engineer/composer on staff, other musicians available for hire.
I work quickly, as my drumset is always set up in the studio and usually miked as well. I'm available on iChat, AOL, or by telephone for "in-person" consultations.
I usually charge on a per song basis, although I am happy give quotes
for larger projects too. Typically I provide either a stereo mix-
down, stems, or individual tracks delivered over the internet (or on
media mailed to you), depending on the client's needs. I can also
supply a Logic, Garage Band, or Pro Tools song file if necessary. My
preferred method of payment is PayPal, because it's easy and everyone
seems to use it at this point.
A typical scenario is this:
You send me 2 stereo audio files (one with and one without drums). If
you have any specific ideas about what you'd like played (or not!)
including instrument sounds/preferences, it's best for you to let me
know it at this point. A chart is very helpful as well. The tempo
marking is also very important for me to have, as I record everything
to a click.
I then record a drum track and send you a rough mix. if there are any
changes needed, you let me know at this point, and I'll re-record it
if necessary. I usually like to record a max of 2-3 revisions, so the
information you give me initially is very important.
Once the final performance is approved by you, I'll send you a stereo
mix of the drum tracks, stems, or individual tracks if you'd like. I
require 1/2 of the payment before I start working, the remainder is
paid when you are satisfied with the drum tracks. I will deliver the
final mix (etc.) after your payment clears.
